Job Start List reads every new building permit in your city, removes the paperwork noise, merges duplicates into real jobs, and ranks them so the best jobs are on top. Each job also shows which trades usually come next, so a fence or landscaping company sees new homes and pools, not just fence permits.
Starter, $29/month: one whole metro, one trade, every ranked job each week plus a CSV.
Pro, $59/month: up to 3 metros, all trades, CSV export.
Paid plans are not open yet, and we are not taking payments. Tell us what you want and we'll email you once when they open.
Data comes from public city open data portals (Chicago, Austin, Seattle) and may lag or omit permits. We never include owner names or phone numbers. Lists are produced by automated software.
